You can return your items in their original condition, within 14 days of the delivery date, and receive a refund.

1 - Go to My Orders in your account and select your order

2 - Select the items you wish to return, explain the reason for the return

3 - You will receive a confirmation email with a code within the 24 hours

4 - Tell the code and leave the Jacadi box at any Zásilkovna pickup point

5 - Pickup point staff will print the label and will issue a confirmation of receipt to you



Place the item(s) inside the Jacadi box. If you're unable to do that, use a neutral, sturdy box so that the items are returned in their original condition.

Make sure that each item is undamaged and unused and that it's neatly and carefully packaged.

Check that all original tags are intact and have not been removed from the item.

Any returned item may only be worn for the purpose of trying it on. It can’t be returned if washed, ironed, and/or treated in any other way.

Shoes must be tried on a clean carpet or surface and must be returned in their original box. The original box is considered an essential part of the product and  therefore must not be damaged and can’t be used as external packaging.

Please note that any items that don't meet our requirements won't be accepted



If you receive a damaged or flawed item, please contact our Customer Care service and provide us with detailed information about the flaws or damage along with pictures. Our advisors will deal with your request and provide a solution to the problem as soon as possible.



Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to purchase your order.

Refunds usually take a few days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.

If you used the cash-on-delivery payment method, the refund will be issued by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can choose to receive Store Credit  equivalent to the amount of the returned item(s) - that you can use sitewide with no time limit.
